2017 is here, and we’re looking forward to another great year of events! We’re still hammering out some details, but we wanted to give you an idea of what we’re up to this year.
May 20th is our first sporting clays event of the year. We’ll be at Wisconsin’s largest shotgun-only club, the Waukesha Gun Club, located at 23170 Watertown Road in Waukesha. $35 per shooter. Get your raffle tickets and grab some lunch. Trophy awarded to best shooter.
The Minocqua Golf Outing will be held on June 11th. More details to follow.
The village of Big Bend will be hosting the Big Bend Flea Market on June 17, July 22, August 12, September 16, and October 21st. WILEORC will be working in the beer tent. All proceeds from the beer sales will be donated to WILEORC. Located in Village Park behind the Village Hall at W230 S9285 Nevins Street in Big Bend. Hours will be 8am – 3pm on all dates.
Our Third Annual Motorcycle Ride fundraiser will be held on July 8th, and headquartered at Fuzzy’s South in Waukesha. Registration will be at 9:00am, with the Law Enforcement-escorted ride going kickstands up at 10:00am. After the ride, stick around for a great lunch, raffles, and music kindly donated by Waukesha legends Renegade Road.
Our annual Golf Outing will be held on August 21 at Western Lakes Golf Club in Pewaukee. Featuring a putting challenge, raffles and silent auction, and outstanding meal at the fantastic Western Lakes, this is an event not to be missed!
Sporting Clays Fundraiser will be held on September 23rd at the beautiful Wern Valley Sportsman’s Club, located at S36 W29657 Wern Way in Waukesha. Trophies for the best shooters!
WILEORC’s 9 Pin Challenge bowling fundraiser will be held at Sunset Bowl, located at 333 W Sunset Drive in Waukesha, will be held on October 1st. This is definitely fun for the whole family!
